Black Friday and Cyber Monday are two of Coursera’s biggest opportunities to bolster its user base and income before the end of the year. When they decided to create a tentpole campaign built around these affinity moments, I was brought on to serve as a core copy partner — supporting a full-funnel initiative that spanned paid social, CRM, landing pages, video, and social.
The result was a globally unified campaign executed across Coursera's marketing ecosystem.

Online course provider Coursera partnered with Huron Consulting Group to interview over 55,000 learners across 190 countries to better understand how the platform helps learners achieve their career and personal goals. The result was the 2023 Learner Outcomes Report—the most comprehensive proof-of-concept study executed to date. I was tasked with providing content strategy support for the project, and helped produce copy that was on-brand and informative.

Coursera’s logged-out homepage—responsible for nearly $90M in ARR—needed a fresh approach that better reflected the platform’s evolving identity. Working alongside a team of designers and brand stakeholders, I helped plan and execute the copy direction for a full-scale redesign that replaced a static banner with a modular carousel. My role focused on aligning voice and tone with the updated specs and brand standards, all while refining headlines and CTAs for impact. The result was a more flexible, campaign-ready homepage that boosted engagement across key initiatives.

International wine company 19 Crimes wanted to garner more attention on social, so we staged a nationwide contest calling on followers far and wide to pit their wits against riddles of our choosing. I crafted the riddles, my design partner crafted the graphics – hilarity ensued.
